The verdict at the end of propitiation depends on our mindset at the hour of the end. Note that for holiness, it is not an after death state imputed by Jesus but a living status before death.

There will come a time when those who engage in doing injustice, in doing wrong, in hurting, in damaging will be left at that level of evilness with no more option to repent.
and he that is righteous, let him do righteousness still
There will come a time when those who engage in doing justice will be left at that just level because they had been sealed.
and he that is filthy, let him be made filthy still
There will come a time when those who engage in filthiness (unholiness) will be left at that level of evilness with no more option to repent.
and he that is holy, let him be holy still
There will come a time when those who engage in holiness will be left at that level of holiness because they overcame.
